I'm about to meet my Official Receiver, after having just declared myself Bankrupt. I'm working full time, just above the minimum wage, i am aware that there are limites to what i can claim for allowances. I am claiming for half the rent, half the utilities, which include, Elec, BT, water, TV liecence, Council Tax, I`m not sure what i can claim on food items, or if i can claim for half of house insurance, internet, & half the running cost of the car i use with my partner.
Obvously i am keen to claim the maxium i can claim.
If anyone has some advice on the above, & / or any other things i should be claiming towards my allowance, i would be very greatfull. Thank you
