hi im just after any advice please last month went on a iva first payment was this month 2days after i payed for it, i found out ive been made redundent and now going to have to go on benefits as i have no savings i live with my parents i have 1 child and only have a cheap car less than 1000 i owe my creditors about 17500 will i be ok to stay on my iva or will i have to go backrupt any advice please thanks sarahx

sarah, welcome.
Speak to your IVA company, they my be able to reduce your payments, if not speak to either the CCCS or CAB, they may advise BR. ive sent you a message also0
