After a short break for Christmas and then my holiday, we're back with the Observer Viewfinder comp. The prize is now a Polaroid PoGo instant mobile printer worth £80 which allows you to print photos directly from phones or digital cameras.
Anyway... onto the comp.

In the winter, residents skate on frozen rivers and lakes while in summer, the lushness of its parks and gardens have bestowed the name "the green city". Restaurants specialise in bright purple soup. Name the city.
