Belfast / Dublin --> Toronto July 09?

I'm trying to book flights from Belfast (preferably) directly to Toronto for July 09, there seems to be an issue with there not being a lot of flights offered. Anyone know what airlines are best? I have used a combination of comparison sites to no avail.
I'm also willing to go from Dublin if it means a direct flight. I don't reckon the hassle of going via London is worth it...
Help appreciated! Thanks.

Have a look at www.aircanada.com
When we were planning on going last year, it was cheaper for us to get the ferry over to Dublin and fly from there as the departure taxes etc. were lower. This may no longer be true with the pound as it is however!!!
Other than that, as mentioned, www.canadianaffair.com is always the cheapest option.0 -
Hi, Twinkle.At present flying from Dublin is probably your best bet. I had contacted Canadian Affair earlier this year to ask about flights out of Belfast, and at that stage they had not released any! They just said to keep checking the website to see if any were available. Flyglobespan operate out of Belfast but they actually fly to Hamilton International as opposed to Lester Pearson. Also depending on when you can fly check Expedia to see if they have anything reasonably cheap.Air Transat and Air Canada both operate out of Dublin, and poss Canadian Affair (though I think they use Air Transat flights), so hopefully you'll get sorted!Heather::hello:0

I think Canadian Affair use Air Transat as well as Thomas Cook flights.Norn Iron Club Member 330

We flew Air Transat (booked through Globespan?) in 2005 & 2006, no hesitation recommending them.0

www.skyscanner.net is useful for comparing prices of all those who fly there.MFW 148 - Mortgage £121,000 1Jan11 / Mortgage £120,300 28Jan11 / £119,808 24Feb11 / £119,400 22 April11 / £119,089 29 May11 / £118,500 October110
