    Personally I think the Olympus C-310Z on Amazon for £99.99 including case and battery charger is a good deal. 3.2Mpixels with 3x optical zoom.
    Plus I prefer to get my pictures developed in a shop. They come on photo paper, and your printer ink won't dry up if you don't print all the time (always seems to happen with my inkjets if I leave it too long between prints).
    You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.

    I have just bought an Epson R300 printer, which prints almost like real photos using good photo paper.

    It is available from Currys for £89 using DCBYAW discount code.

    It even has built in card readers so you don't need to use a computer to make prints.
