Halifax SOKA form

Hi
Had my response from the Halifax to my letter advising them we will not be paying any more of the mortgage and will not oppose repossession.
They have said if we feel we have no option, we should both go to a local branch with i.d, hand over the keys, and sign a SOKA form.
Is this the form i should avoid that will make me liable for any shortfall?
Thanks
Amanda

To be safe just avoid signing any form.

Yes it is. Just send them to the address on your correspondance, recorded, so you know they have arrived and been signed for with your own letter saying you are wanting the house to be voluntarily reposessed.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
