Well its here day after tomorrow, i still quite cant believe it.........just finished forms and ready to print.

My wife and i are going BR together i think the soa is in order there is hardly anything left.

Any last hints or tips and thankyou in advance for help so far and i am sure still some more questions to come...

Good luck scarletnm. Have you posted your SOA on here for others to check over? If not, I'd do that otherwise well done for having everything in order - I always wait until the last minute.

Thanks for that soa all done and seems ok. one other question about our mortgaged proprty we no longer live in, in rented now. Do we just call up the mortgage compant after the court day and say they can repossess the house, any suggestione sould be great......

You could inform them of your bankruptcy. I take it they don't know you've moved out?

They dont know and the mortgage is included on the BR.
