BTL Mortgage advice please?

Hi,

Myself and my OH own a property that is due to be rented out as soon as we set up our buy to let mortgage. We own 10% of the property which we paid £160,000 for the lowest interest for BTL we can find online is around 7%. Can anyone guide me int he right direction or offer any solutions to find something a lot cheaper? Help much appreciated :j

    Just to clarify, are you after a 90% LTV buy to let remortgage?

    Becuase if you are, there are no options available to you

    Anything over 75% LTV and you are left with your current lender

    Do you own a owner-occupier property? If so, raise the mortgage against this property and better rates will be available. The interest can still be offset against rental income.
