1. This instant win is open to consumers aged 16 (sixteen) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.


2. To participate you will need to have a 'Coke Zone' account and a sufficient point balance. Each entry costs 2 points which will be debited from your balance on entry. There are no limits on the number of entries per account. To get an account please register. If you already have a 'Coke Zone' account you will need to log in. To get points, please enter the codes printed directly on the bottle behind the label on specially marked 500ml and 2L bottles of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd.

3. The Instant Win will run from 00:00:01 25/01/09 until 23:59:59 28/02/09 and the draws will be instant.

4. The winners will be selected at random under independent supervision. The winners will also be informed by email within 2 days.

5. There are 4,300 Prizes each consisting of 1x Cineworld Cinema voucher valid until 31/03/09 to be exchanged for an adult ticket for any performance at any Cineworld Cinema in Great Britain excluding London West End (Shaftesbury Avenue, Haymarket, Chelsea, and Fulham Road), and occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances. Standard film classification age restrictions apply. The issuer or the seller cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. Voucher must be complete and not damaged in any way to be valid for exchange for ticket. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase tickets via telephone or online. Photocopies will not be accepted. Voucher subject to Cineworld Cinemas standard Terms & Conditions which can be found at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/Cms.jgi?RUBRIQUE_CMS=TERMS. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or severable. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

6. The Winners will be required to complete their address details and contact telephone number prior to entry of draw.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Instant Win as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Instant Win.

8. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or Winner for any third party failures beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fraud.

9. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Instant win are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and/or the Instant Win except that the Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Promoter.

10. The Prize Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
