help with the forms

Hi all
i am currently filling the forms out online and just need a little help please.


3.7Do you own a motor vehicle or have you disposed of any vehicle in the last 12 months?
i bought a car last year for my girlfriend,it was in my name at first,then i transfered it to her name in december,do i have to list the car here,or is it ok not to list the car as it was never mine,just in my name for a couple of months?

6.9 Give your current (or last) Income Tax reference number
Where do i find this,i am currently unemployed,i looked on the last few wage slips and couldnt find anything

If it was in your name within the last 12 months you will have to declare it as the OR can check DVLA records, if you dont declare it he will think you tried to hide an asset prior to BR and thats a BIG NO NO

Where do i find this,i am currently unemployed,i looked on the last few wage slips and couldnt find anything Im Slef Employed, but it should be on your P60/P45, if not the OR will easily be able to find out, or you could ring local tax office

It doesnt matter if it was you on the log book the OR will want to know about the car because you purchased it and potentially OR could claim the car back. Anyone can be on the log book its the person who bought the OR is interested in.
