Bro / Bru

Hi,

If you get a bro / bru are you still discharged after 12mths but have the restrictions upto 15 years or do they not discharge you and you remain as a bankrupt?

    Any BRO/BRU can last up to 15years. However that is in the most extreme cases, fraud, or not co-operating with the OR. Lesser " sentences " are for gambling or knowing you are going BR and are deemed to have spent money in this knowledge. You will be automatically discharged after 1 year, the BRO/BRO and its restrictions will continue after your BR.
