Hi all
I apologise if there is a thread elsewhere for this but I've been trawling and cannot find so...
I am seriously considering BR, as the way things are at the moment, I think I am really going to struggle within 2 or 3 months to maintain my payments. I am with CCCS but again, I simply don't earn enough to even pay that and our utility bills have shot up like everyone elses in the UK. They did advise me initially but frankly I was too afraid of the implications and how it would affect my life so I said no. I also now have an 8 week old baby to support (we are applying for benefits).
Could anybody possibly give me some personal advice from their experiences of taking this option and how it has affected your lives and any experiences from discharged BRs would also be good.

If you are with the CCCS, they have a dedicated bankruptcy helpline you could be referred to. (I think you need to have an appt with them first). Give them a call.0
