I hope to be getting a job asap so i can make the short fall up. The car on hp is not worth anything because we owe more than its worth and the finance is in the father in laws name nd we pay him every month.
Any help will be much appriciated. Andy O

If the HP is in OH name then it is her debt and not yours so won't be included in the BR. Your expenses seriously outway your income so I think the judge will have a problem with this because even if you go BR then you still have insuffient income to live off.
You havent listed your unsecured debts and repayments so it is difficult to know your true circumstances????

Partners monthly income after tax....... 250 is this partners contribution or all of partners income?
This is all of partners income, so how will this effect it?
Benefits................................ 480 are these benefits in your name, partners or joint?
They are in both of our names.
Car maintenance (including MOT)......... 140 is this for both cars, seems very high and dont think this amount will be allowed
Yes this is for both cars.
My unsecured debts are 29k there is about 8 different debt management compneys. Iv got a interview for a job on tuesday and hopefully should be starting soon after.

Only put what your partner contributes to the household and not all of her income as this is your BR.
You need to seperate the expenditure of the cars and you need to put expenses for the car you use otherwise the OR will not allow you to keep both cars as they will see that as excessive.
The point I am trying to make is that the BR is in YOUR name only, you can only claim expenses that are relevant to you.
Have you spoken to any of the debt charities yet??? CCCS, CAB or debtline? If not then you need to do this asap as the judge will ask you if you have taken debt advise and by whom!!0 -
It will help if you go to the website below and complete your SOA there. Copy and paste and experts will be along shortly to help!!
