Stupid question but i want to do it right

When i fill out my bankruptcy petition if my essential outgoings are more than my income can i put this on the form or does it have to be equal

It doesn't have to be equal. My outgoings were somewhat more than my income.

try not not to make look a work of art though! If your outgoings are alot more than your income the judge MAY question this as you will have insufficient income to meet your basic needs therefore BR will not nresolve your problem.0
