Wrong advice from court?

Whilst discussing my BR with the lady at court, she advised me that as this was my 2nd BR i wouldnt get an automatic discharge after 12 months? is this correct, I was lead to beleive that everyone was discharged after 12 months, but a BRU may be imposed?

she's sadly mistaken.....your discharged at 12mnths no matter what BUT if you receive a BRO/BRU these can run for however many years the OR states (up to 15)...either way your still discharged at 12mnths 2nd BR or not......the only was discharge can be suspended is if you dont co-operate with the receiverWe all die.
