Does anyone please have the recipe for raspberry bun biscuits. There a sweet biscuit recipe with jamin the middle. There also my favorites from school days but I havent a clue how to make them

Not buns, but muffins so dont know if this will help!!
250g butter,
200g sugar,
5 eggs,
250g plain flour,
20g baking powder,
70g raspberries.
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one by one. Stir in baking powder and flour. Spoon into muffin cases (16 - 20)
Bake for 15 - 20 mins 200 C, gas 6.0 -

I think you might find the recipe in the Bero book, or on their website, as I used to make those as a wee lassie and almost everything I made came from the Bero book
Edit: they're called "Sticky Blobs" in the childrens cooking section in Bero"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"
