IPO Questionaire after discharge! Mistake?

Hi everyone,it's been a while but i really need someone to please put my mind at rest.
I went BR last Feb and received early discharge in August:j .I'm not on the insolvency register anymore but i've just received an IPO questionaire  from the OR's office. It was sent by the OR's assistant but was signed by a different OR than the one who signed my discharge letter.
What is the situation with this because i didn't think you could be given an IPO after you've been discharged? Is this an oversight as if i hadn't been given ED i would have expected to receive this questionaire about now.
When i was given ED i wasn't working but now i've just started a new job which would probably involve me paying an IPA which would be really tough as my wife has just found out she is pregnant  with our first baby.
Please.please can someone tell me it's a mistake,
Thanks,
Steve

I am 90% sure they can't give you one now. Have you called the OR?
Congratulations on your baby news, it's the best thing ever being a parent.0 -
You cannot have an IPA/O implemented after discharge. There has never been an IPA before discharge????
Email/Call your OR tomorrow and query why it was sent.
And congratulations on the new baby!!!!!0 -
Thanks guys,
I was sure that i couldn't be given one after discharge but i've still been worrying because i can't understand why i would have been sent one.
My life was just getting on track with the job and baby news, hoping to actually have some money in the bank at the time of birth.
I'll call the OR tomorrow and question it and let you know what they say. It's hard to believe that this other OR doesn't realise i've been discharged.
And no,i wasn't given an IPA before discharge.Another assistant to the OR had given me a phonecall out of the blue at the end of June, about 6 weeks before discharge,to ask me if i was working.I said 'no' and so presumed that this was why i was given ED with no IPA questionaire.0 -
