Hi and welcome
Sorry for the delay in replying but it is usually quiet here at the wkends,,,and a few of us have been amusing ourselves in the inn.
There are a couple of numbers you could try ringing in my sig or try to make an appointment at your local cab. They are very very busy at the moment so perserveerence(sp) is the key.
Try looking on www.insolvency.gov.uk and having a look at the forms to get a feel of things. To be fair there is not a lot you can do at weekends but ask away if any questions pop up. There are still a few of us about that may be able to help.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Normal Saturday night out BAT!!!!
Hi tululajac
Welcome along.... first thing is to speak to the debt charities to get an assessmet of your position. Do that Monday & really get
your homework done so you know your options. Try Nat debtline & CAB as well.
Well done on facing up to your situation...that really is the hardest part.
