Currys Laptop Error

I'm new to this site, so please bare with me if I've posted in the wrong section.
I bought 2 laptops in Currys on Boxing day, Identical laptops, and paid for them on my debit card. All was well until one of the laptops developed a fault, and I had to contact currys for help, followed all there advise and reinstalled the software etc, but then found the card reader was faulty as well. Went to the store today to request a replacement laptop, to find that the items on the receipt are not the items they supplied, I picked and received the laptops of my choice, but the receipt shows a different model number. The purchased laptop has now gone back up in price, and I'm left with Currys saying they will only exchange my laptop for the one on the receipt (Cheaper model, lower spec). I've been pasted from pillar to post by currys customer services and no one has returned my calls as promosed, does anyone have and ideas as to what I could do next?????

With out it being on your receipt its very hard to prove, working for currys my self the best way to resolve it is see the person who sold you it. His / Her's name will be on the top of the receipt, the stock file for the particular laptop you have will also be showing 2 extra laptops they don't have.
Unfortunatly as its over 28 days they'll probably not replace the laptop, but they will repair it for you, but it'll have to be sent away.
hope this helps0
