he means import duties, which could be about 1/3 of the value, payable to the post office.
i got one of these a few weeks ago(£17.99 poaid with no import duties),and it works perfectly with my sharp gx-15.nice and light, rechargeable and it lasts for ages on one charge.
several people told me that you were unlikely to pay import duty on anything under about £25.
    cheers
  • Officially the import duty is payable on all items above £18. That is why a great deal of out of the EC firms set their prices at £17.99.

I did get stung once on a game that was £30.

bought one, and it arrived fine, with no customs charges.
charging at the moment, but got it paired up with my k700i - reasonably comfortable, though feels a little heavy - but not having any experience with others it's hard to draw a comparison. I'll let you know how things go

Thanks - be interested to hear how you go. I'm after a headset but baffled by the array of prices and specifications! ;)

Can someone who has one confirm whether it has a button on it to answer/hang-up calls and initiate voice dialling (for phones that support it)?

They don't mention it on the website.. :-/

Anyone any idea if these are compatible with Nokia 7250i? It would make an ideal xmas pressie for my brother if it was.
  • Got one from them a few weeks back....ordered and didn't arrive sent email asking where it was, they said must have got lost in post and would send another one...few days later arrived no probs  ;D...great service

For those with questions about it, it does have a button to end/answer calls also has volume control and mute facility. Easy to link with bluetooth moblie and I've tested it on a Nokia 6230, 6310i and the 7600, so if your phone has bluetooth it will link.

Has to be charged for 12 hours before hand but does have a good standby time and talk time

Forgot to add, it does support voice dial if the phone has it.
