I rented my house out to my tenants on april the 18th 2008. I knew i had to pay tax from any proffit i made.
i was under the impression i would have to pay before april -end of the tax year, but am unsure now......
My question is WHEN do i pay the tax man for the last 9 months rental income?, Do i pay tax on any proffit made before the end of this month through the self assement?

You will self assess after April and pay the tax due by 31.1.10£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
