How Long Should I Wait For My Wages

My Daughter got laid off recently from a local restuarant but has still not received her wages.
Her x boss said payday is between 1 - 6th of next month and she will have to wait untill then.
She was laid off on Jan 5th so has already been waiting for nearly 3 weeks, I don't think it's fair as she no longer works for them so why should she wait for what's hers.
They owe her holiday pay, outstanding wages and obviously a P45.
What are my daughters rights?
Any advice welcome
thanks
Mike

It appears they are proposing to pay at their normal point in the month. In that case, she would not have had the money yet in the normal course of events.
She just needs to make sure that she has received everything by 6 February.0 -
When ive left a job i received the last payslip plus p45 in the post, and the pay would go into my bank as normal0

6th of Feb is when to re-ask this question.

they wouldn't do a one off pay run just for her. it'll turn up when it normally would and the p45 would be generated after that i suspectcurrent debt as at 10/01/11- £12500
