I class it as a win because it would save you alot of money if you would go anyway

so does that mean if you win a wii/xbox/ps3 dvd player and you have to buy lots of games etc to use it -it's not a win????????

I have won a Wii with a game. It didn't cost me anything to use, except electricity.

I chose to sell it at a later date for £200.

I would say it is the same as the "vouchers" worth, say £50.
You have you have to spend £500 to "save" £50.
I would not regard them as prizes rather than promotions.

The paintball "prize" is being sent to many people and to me is just a discount voucher. Would only be useful for someone who is intending to go anyway.

I've changed my facebook username to NOBODY so when I enter FB comps I press the "Like" button it will say NOBODY likes this
  • I also received this today! If it were a real prize, all costs would be included, including a set number of paintballs! I fully understand a deposit for no shows, but any deposit required should be fully refunded upon arrival.

So this is just a promotion, and it's going straight into my recycling. No way we could afford even £10 a person, much less up to £50 each!
