Perfume / cologne is such a subjective thing - the only way to find one *you* like is to try them. No point getting recommendations as to what may impress other people, as if you hate it, then what's the point ? Go to Boots and smell them yourself is what I would recommend.

I use Hugo Boss Beldessarini, but now have changed to HB Energise. Both of them are nice, but like rsykes mentioned, perfumes are very subjective
  • Issey Miyake, L'Egoiste (for when you are going out to dinner and need a bit of posh smellies) or the mens aftershave from Space NK

My OH likes Gucci Envy balm, but it is impossible to get the balm now.
Can anyone recommend an aftershave who have a balm version.

  • Hi
This is my first post but have to say Chanel Allure Sport is the sexiest aftershave I have smelt in a long time. I am a woman but when in Boots spray it on and walk round sniffing it (weird I know)

I have just smelt Hugo Boss Dark Blue (thats lovely) also Jean Paul Gauitier (the bottle with the torso) is one of my favs. But Joop is my all time fav.

I use Jean Paul Gauitier, but it does make my neck itch a little.

Love the smell though. Also have Issey Miyake, Armani Classic and Day and Baldessarini. Love them all.

I bought my O/H Hugo Boss 'Soul' for Christmas, he also wears Paco Rabanne Black XS, they are both gorgeous scents.
I would go round Boots/Perfume Shop etc and ask for some samples. Try them on your skin, not the card and see what you like best.
