I guess it is stress related but I never had me pegged for the 'nervy type' strange isn't it ?

    tanith

I have also had problems, more so with cuts on hands & arms, perhaps partly stress related, as unable to leave the a fending cut to heal naturally.

Don’t pay attention to my Avatar; I do have skin on my bones!!!!

i pick at my lips all the time! most of the time i cant stop until ive made them bleed. Then i moan at myself cause ive made them sore again. but i just cant help myself. Sometimes i dont even realise im doing it until it hurts.

It dosnt matter if i use mostuirisning creams or blistese or anything. If it gets even slightly dry thats it im picking at them and peeling the skin off.

Anyone got any ideas on how to stop me doing this? apart from tying my hands behind my back?

I like doing it though, although most of the time i don't realise i'm doing it until my boyfried sees me with a big stringy bit of skin hanging off of my bottom lip and calls me a minger !!

May I suggest you write out how you feel or type it, imagine what you'd like to say ideally, describe how it makes you feel & take it to th edoctors, if he/she isn't helpful try another or ask for a referral do youhave any mental health support?

I am definately not an expert but I know how it feels to try & get help, it's not easy to sit there & take the gamble of desribing how you are suffering.

    With warm wishes

Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.
