Has anyone had help from SSTAC

We have sent information off to this service as they are funded by Legal Aid and we qualify for help. Problem is each time you need to speak to them you have to leave a message requesting a call back. The call back takes up to 48 hours and you dont know when they are calling so you easily miss the call! We have numerous creditors ringing us daily on all contactable numbers so if we have customers close by cant take every call for the fear it will be an aggressive one. Just wondered if anyone had any experience with this service? We are going to go for BR as our debts are around £110k (self employed, both with failed businesses due to credit crunch) so there is no way out for us. just wondering wether to wait for the assitance of this firm to take us through or just to go for it alone as we know it needs to be done. The calls from creditors are driving us to drink at the minute as its all day everyday!
Oh and can you believe one creditor sent us a letter offering a guarenteed loan of £3k!!!! Do they have any common sense as its all on our credit file??

Sorry not heard of them, I am sure someone will have.
What is it they are meant to do for you?
If you need information can you not ring Business Debtline or the Insolvency or even on here if you need help with the forms etc.
Is this them?
