Dawsons Dept store?

Hope this is the right place apol if not:

Is Dawson Department stores ok to deal with? Not going to go under in the next 10 days? I'm about to order a denby dinner set for my mum and would hate to see her lose out - (I will order on credit card) but looking for assurances they give good customer service?

Have dealt with Dawsons several times over the past 2 years and found their speed of delivery and customer service 1st class.

I've ordered Denby from them and was really pleased with every aspect of their service.

Yes I've bought Denby from them too, found them to be the cheapest and have great customer service.
Crockery arrived well packaged and they contact me before hand to say when it was being devlieved as there was quite a lot and it was heavy
