Are you filing for voluntary bankruptcy or are you winding down your business to become financially insolvent?

The BBC is currently researching a story about bankruptcy and how attitudes are changing. Does it still have a stigma attached to it or is it now seen as a viable option to escape debt?

We would like to hear from you if you, or someone you know, have had this experience.

It would be nice if the forum got a mention ..... I think it could offer a lot of help to many people who don't know which way to turn.. :rolleyes:

I was very quick to mention this site to the girls at my court, as some of the info they were giving wasnt quite true, MSE should be a household name, its a very useful site that has certainly helped me sleep at night, long may it last
