Legal And General - Group Stakeholder, fund options

Afternoon All,
Having finally qualified for my Employers group stakeholder pension, I received the paperwork this afternoon.
My employer will match my contribution, up to 5% of my annual salary, so obviously I'm keep to get this free money.
Whilst I know that you can't give advice, I'd appreciate your opinions of the funds available to me under the L&G stakeholder scheme - as they will form part of my research into which funds I choose to invest in and how I split my contributions.
I'm probably looking to invest in about 6 funds in total, and I'm looking for a moderate to high risk portfolio, as I potentially have 45 years of contributions ahead of me.
Many thanks,
Marc
Edit: Not sure what difference it makes, but contributions will be approximately £100 from me, matched by my employer.

I'm currently considering the following fund split, which I know is "high risk" but I feel is fairly diverse and will possibly allow me to capitalise on the recovery of the economy over the next 3-5 years. What do you think?
United Kingdom Recovery Fund 25%
Newton Higher Income Fund 16%
SG United Kingdom Equity Fund 14%
Far Eastern Fund 18%
Concensus Fund 16%
European Fund 11%0 -
Trying to keep it simple...
