What is a typical interest rate for an averse credit mortgage?

Depends on the severity and type of adverse credit, whether paid off or still outstanding and how long ago it was.

Many high street lenders will now accept some adverse credit, however without knowing more info it's impossible to say for sure.

Adverse credit is divided into categories depending on how bad it is i.e. very near prime is someone without ccj's or defaults thats just had a few missed payments, low adverse, medium adverse, heavy adverse and so on. The rates at present stand between 5.5% and 9% with popular adverse lenders. remember though, there is far more to a mortgage than rates, fee's. early repayment charges/overhang and flexibility count for a lot too!
