Returning stuff to Avon

I bought some nail strengthener from Avon, but it's absolutely useless (it started to peel off within an hour of application!!)

The policy is that you can return things within 90 days if you're not happy with an item, but will the Avon lady lose her commission is I do so?

Yes she will. But she shouldn't mind - far better to encourage the customers to keep buying, knowing they can return stuff. The commission on nail strengthener is really tiny.

I'm a Avon lady & encourage my customers to buy plenty of lipsticks, for example, choose the one they like & I'll happily return the rest.

    Good luck.

I'm an avon lady too and i always remind my customers they can returns items within 30 days if they aren't happy, so far the only items i've returned are all things i've tried and not liked. She will lose her commission but i don't expect many people return things so she won't mind, and will want to keep you as a customer.
