tax on earning £ 4500 pa

i was wondering if anyone can shed some light to this matter.
what would be the tax implication for someone earning around £4500 in a tax year. I understand there won't be any NI or Income Tax liability.
But what about self assessment, provided they earned this from a part time job as a Secretary in a Limited Company and this is their only Income.
Do they have to file the Tax return??

No, you only self assess if you have tax to pay or are self employed.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

A Company Director would have to complete a Tax Return.
I'm not sure whether you mean a Company Secretary or just someone who works as a secretary, but in either case a Tax Return would not be required.I am an Accountant.
