Less than 3 hrs til court and i just realised!
I had a car on HP, i sold it in OCT 07, (i thought the agreement ended in the DEC) however it didnt, it finished in Dec 08,!! I carried on making the payments and its now finished. I havent declared the car on my forms as it was sold more than 12 months ago, but the OR will see the payments on my statements wont he? and question them.
Will he pursue it? God this mess gets worse and worse.

Just explain to them when you speak to them that you made a mistake and only just realised. Don't try to hide it.Officially BR at 2.10pm on 6th May 2009, ED 7th December 2009

It is best if the mess gets worse now, and not afterwards. With everything out in the open you will know that you have really got a clean slate afterwards. Persevere, the result will be worth it, I promise!
You will be fine..... Take no notice of max, except for his Good Luck message and I wish you all the best.....
I will be thinking of you all today...

VERY HELPFUL, THANKS0 -
as the HP was completed i doubt there will be any issue that you sold the car, yes it was wrong, but you completed the agreemant so the HP company wont care, they have been paid.
Even though you sold the car, it was still a secured loan, so is not preferential
The OR may give you a ticking of, but i cant see what you did warrenting any action, as nothing could be gained, and is not really justifiedThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….

its ok, im glad to be of help
was the car sold for market value?
did you pay off the debt?
ignoring the fact that what you did was illegal (the car wasnt yours to sell) then id say you will not get hassled by the OR0
