    Thanks

    hi

really glad your on the home straight now, wish it was me, it gives lots of people hope on the positive aspects of bankruptcy when you give details of your or interview. i am about to start my soa and am competing one for my oh as well, i would be really grateful for your advice did you do a joint one or 2 seperate ones, it would be easier for me to do one joint one as we only have joint accounts and pay everything out of there.

what do you think, any advice would be gratefully recieved x
bankrupt on 6th march 2009:o looking forward now to new beginnings:j
  • Did you actually give all of these as your soa? I am having great difficulty splitting the bills as we only have a joint account also. Hope I get your OR if she does it that way.
Great idea about putting the phone on load speaker so you each know what the other said and yes, I am all for giving the OH a kick as he does tend to waffle on.
    Oh, and congratulations.
    Money Talks ...
but all mine ever says is Goodbye!
  • hiya guys thanks again righto in family is 2 adults 2 children and 1 dog !!!! both OH and myself went br - initially did joint soa form then after some advice did 2 seperate soa forms with OH contributions but did keep a copy of joint one on pc. When OR phone she said ohhhhhhhhh I am dealing with both of you so everything to me is joint as you live together and are not seperating. So I said to her ohhh did seperate ones on form as was advised but do have a joint one on hand so she said read it out and did it on that ( which is the one I posted). We only had joint accounts and everything was together but she seemed to except that we put seperate ones down as was advised that each br is indiviual not a joint one soooooooooo my advice is do seperate ie if a family of 4 like me cover 2 children and 1 adult in each and explain to OR thats what you were advised to do - but since everything to you is joint you could not see it so did a joint one anyway and read it out to the OR

    gosh hope that helps

put all bills on each as full just things like haircuts and grocerys as 1 adult + however many kiddies you may have. I did all the talking for us the OH had about 15mins on phone with them at end and went over and over how they had to stick to 'script' ie what was on the form and I penciled in reasons and they said no more :O) went well OR actually was the one who went off track and talked about other things.

wow all the best too all of you and please any questions post and will reply best to my knowledge

I'm going through my SOA at the moment.

I'm just wondering did the OR go through each individual item on here?

Was everything okayed as to what is shown?

I've put 500 down for groceries/cleaning etc, we're a family of four though, perhaps you have more in your household. I see from an earlier thread you also have four in family, great!!

Hope my OR interview is just a easy as yours appeared.

Good luck with the rest of the BR.:T
