How long till the letters stop

Hi Guys
Was wondering if anyone could tell me how long till the debt letters stop arriving after BR. We went BR in November and Im still receiving letters from creditors who are still adding interest.

whats it matter seriously, if they want to waste money let them.

Unless you get a court claim just forward them to your OR.

If you get a court claim post again.

If you get any threats they will call at your home ...egnore itis 95% of the time hot air, and nothing they could do if they did.

let them play there games, and just get on with your life:D

if you dont want the letters/calls send all a copy of your BO

Hi messimoney,
I went BR friday and informed creditors the same day. Since then I've only had three letters (I was getting three a day). The letters I've since received were dated the same day as I informed my creditors or the next ... computer generated .... have you infomred creditors? just sling any you recieve or if they're bothering you to much, give your creditors a tinkle ... there's nothing they can do... words from CAB/OR ...

I think it really takes about 8 weeks for the majority of the letters to stop, but stop they will. Its amazing really, I get no letters now. Of course you have to remind a few creditors, but just send a copy of your BR notice and if they do phone up ask them to look at the Insolvency register and put the phone down!
