Possible Premier Travel Inn discount?

Premier Travel Inn Terms & Conditions make reference to an Emerald Discount Card.

Does anyone know how you obtain one or if this is for employees only please (I've tried searching via Google but didn't find anything).

This is the emerald Beefeater discount card , you can pick one up at any beefeater but you have to be over 55 years to get one

You then a discount when you stay at a lodge but only at the weekend

you used to be able to get a family discount card but ours only seems to work at Dover, useless anywhere North of London that we have tried but there may be others accept it?

Just rung my local Beefeater/Travel Inn and asked about family card as I'm about to book a weekend away. They no longer accept them.
