worried about re-mortgage at the end of the year

    When November approaches A&L maybe offering some more fixed rate deals that will give you some security for the next few years, so try not to panic...you can usually fix a deal 90 days before your mortgage is due to run out, so start checking for deals in August.

    beecher, i was planning to switch it to repayment once ive sorted the loan. as you say though, not really a time planning - who knows what the end of the year will bring
