Hi
I have seen a property that I like & it's a reposession. It's up for £132, 000. Do anyone have any adice as to waht sort of price I could get it for at the moment in the current state of the market. It needs alittle bit of work inside, but only a small amount of work.

It's in North Yorkshire & I have approx 5% deposit.
It's a 3 bedroom end terrace, Victorian style.

Find out how much other similiar houses in the area have recently sold for(there are several websites that list this including upmystreet.com). The deduct the amount the work would cost and a further amount of "cheeky offer" factor.0
