Another terrible experience with SA online

I registered for SA online on January 2. I know it is abit late, but anyway it gives me planty of time till 31January, right? Today is January 22 and I still did not receive my Activation PIN. During this time I phoned 6 times to Helpdesk and ordered 3 times new activation PIN. And till now I havent got it. Helpdesk could not explain what is the problem, why I am not receiving my letters (bills from them I receive regularly in time). I was beggind them to double check my addrees, 4 times I was told it is correct. On 5th time the agent noticed that it is INCORRECT and thats why I never received my letters. Told she will update it. The next day I called Helpdesk again to check whether address is updated and again was told that there was no mistake and my address was always correct. So ,no progress till now. Since beginning of January I am under constant stress which resulted in heart attack this Tuesday. I worte a complaint to HMRC,but was told that anyway I 'll be fines, hovewer it is not my fault that I can not submitt my tax return in time.
