Garnier sunscreen reduced to less than £3 at Tesco's instore

Telford/Wellington branch had them all reduced to just under £3. All types of Factors, right up to factor 50. Unopened, keeps for 12 months.

They also had self tans (Rimmel as well) and aftersuns and some of the all day sunscreens in other brands.

Keep an eye out in your local stores just incase.

Edit: Wrong name, d'oh!

Beware that last year's stock of sunscreen could cause problems, because the emulsion breaks down and doesn't give you the protection stated on the bottle. That's why you shouldn't keep sunscreen from one year to the next.

Of course, this just might be new stock. Check the BB date for an indication.

It says it can be kept for 12 months from opening. Mine will be kept in a cool, dark place until needed and as it's a decent make I have no qualms about using it.

I'm the person who wears F50 all year round lol. Would hate to get wrinkles ;)

Yes, I'm a high-factor person as well. I don't throw my 'old' sunscreen away though, just use it as make-up remover or hand cream. Old fashioned money saving!

Never thought of doing that. Thanks for the tip!
