I've just been told that if you have MSN messenger and some headphones / mic, you can chat as much as you like for free (lowering your phone bill).
Obviously, you need a pc and you need to install MSN messenger!
(You obviously also need the other person to have MSN messenger and a set of headphones / mic!)
