  • Anyone had recent dealings with them as the post is quite old ?
  • I don't know if these posts are still being read as I was referred to it from another forum.
2009 is the date of the first post and am shocked at the negative feedback that's on here. I just wish I had known about it before my mum got embroiled with them.
Mum lost her house because they did nothing to provent it. Granted they were contacted as a last resort but as they didn't bother doing anything Mum could have saved herself valuable time and gone elsewhere if we had know what a complete waste of time they are.
I have no idea how they get paid but am amazed that they are still around to cause misery.
I am not completely stupid and do know that not everyone is in a position where they can be helped and maybe my mum was one of them but when they don't bother at all after having promised to and then not being able to contact them has cause a tonne of added stress. To make matters worse, we have been unable to get any form of acknowledgement to the dozens of emails we have sent - they all seem to be going in to a black hole.

I would drive up to their office if it would do any good but sadly it won't because mum has lost her home now and wasting time and travel money would only add to the misery. I have complained to mum's employers who recommended them in the first place and suggested that they do their homework before recommending them to their staff in the future.

Can't see that I can do any more than that other than to share our experience in the hope that it will help others.
