    sammy has had a chip butty and its all Maz's fault....(hangs head in shame) - not sure what it is with the chip butties.....never wanted them before....

    Depending on how bad it is, you'll probably need to grovel over it using a sector editor, or possibly using a tool like one of these http://www.thefreecountry.com/utilities/datarecovery.shtml
