I went into Tesco Camberley last week to buy something else, and spotted the 250GB portable drives on the shelf so I bought one!0 -
There's a potential problem with the 1TB Iomega, in that it may contain a Seagate drive with a firmware problem, see here:

Amazon are doing a Maxtor 1TB for a fiver less and it comes with a 3yrs warranty. (The iomega comes with a 2yrs warranty.

Might be my maths but thats £74.99 which is £6.51 more than tesco are charging for the Iomega?
Infact Amazon are selling the 500GB version of the Iomega for £68.29, I'm sure you agree paying 19p for double the capacity is a much better price?0
