Hi everyone i want to know if anyone eles is having the same problem i am.
Ive got a pension with Scottish Widows and every time they send me a letter in the post i always get 3 copies of the same letter in diffrent enveropes. if they doing this to all of there accounts this must cost them a bomb.

That is not usual. They normally send one copy to the advisor and one copy to the individual. Sometimes the advisor will forward their copy on as it is not always clear if that is the original or a copy.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
