Going back part time after maternity leave - holidays?

I am trying to work out my holiday entitlement when I go back to work part time March 16th, the HR manager is ringing me tomorrow and I have a feeling they are trying it on so I have calculated it myself - If you could check and see if you think i'm right it would be much appreciated.

Background Info - Worked full time before (25 days holiday + bank holidays on top)

1/1/09 - 15/3/09 (74 days) 25 days x 74/365 = 5 days
16/3/09 -31/12/09 (291 days) 25 days x 291/365 = 20 days (pro rata to 3 days a week = 12 days)

plus pro rata bank holidays 8 days x 3/5 = 4.8

so total holiday entitlement incl BH = 5 + 12 + 4.8 + = 21.8 holiday
