worried about br and new job

Hi, Another question for anyone out there that might know, i have recently started a new job working for the benefits agency and am worried sick that me going bankrupt will jeopardise this. Are you an undischarged bankrupt was one of the questions on the application form. I havent lied as i havent actually filed for bankruptcy yet but will be in the very near future, will i have to tell them about this or will the official receiver tell them. Not sure what the implications are. HELP !!! jumped through hoops to get this job, dont want to lose it.

I work for jobcentre plus (DWP) and I am planning on BR in the next month, I discussed this with HR, my line manager and HEO said there wasn't a problem given my circumstances. She did however state if it had been debts from gambling she would have to look in to it further. Also as long as you dont work on the finance team it should be ok .

There is also someone else in my work place my age (25) who has also just gone BR, so you should be ok, but please do CHECK with HR linemanager / HEO
