You will get the money when the CSA has gained enough interest ( the cash sort ) in its bank account for the month. You can just imagine what that cash amount can be given the thousands of pounds the CSA collect each month!

I suppose it helps to contribute to civil servants pensions.

I would keep phoning them every day until they let you know when it went into your account. Don't feel as those you are troubling them. Just keep on at them. After all, you are one of their "clients".
  • yes payments to those civil servants that think that the folk i.e. their clients are dirt and talk to them like they are sometimes
i was just about to accept the fact if i get a payment from them it will be a bonus and just leave it at that its all very stressful as the letters tell you nothing
ive been told that direct debits get to you quicker
thanks ill give them til the 23rd then phone as these calls are costing me maybe ill can ask for the interest they get to pay the bloody bill lol

23rd is a Saturday. Phone them every day.

DD do not get to you any quicker. Neither do payments made by card nor SO.

I phone them a few times a month.

As for costs of phone calls go on the website saynoto0870 and there should be some geographical numbers you can try. This is presuming you are on one of those tariffs where it is free to dial geo numbers?

You could put in complaint about costs of calls, but they might ask you to prove all the calls you have made.
  • 23rd is tommorow its a friday lol
yes i can make free calls to geo numbers
thanks think ill give them a phone just now
