hello all,
the court date for reposession of my house was last monday but i didnt attend. does anyone know if i will receive a letter from anyone saying what happened in court? as yet i havent received anything.

Dont know if it helps, but we handed our house back voluntarily, and all hsbc are doing is going to sell it and notify us once sold, we got no letter from them confirming that we had given them keys even.0 -

my boyfriend had his house reposessed and he didnt attend court - he eventually got a letter through the post confirming the reposession date - they gave him so many days to get his stuff out (he'd already left though):o0
