help needed prize not turned up no response from company.

i need help because i dont know what to do to get my book from ipc mags.

the original email says:

i emailed after xmas and they said the book had been despatched.

i emailed a couple of days ago and she hasnt emailed back.

dunno what to do.

well, it was only a suggestion, perhaps someone will answer on here,
perhaps they've sent it to the wrong address ? have you checked with your local p/o to see if it was delivered,
if it was me i would keep emailing them.

how do i check with local post office? is that their post office. i dont know the address, not sure who sent the book out. ie IPC, marie claire or publishers.
